Except for three or four days of rain, winter seems to have skipped San Diego, Even with the clocks jumping forward an hour (thank you Daylight Savings Time), it was warm at daybreak on Kearny Mesa for the March 2014 edition of Coffee & Cars at JBA Speed Shop. The parking lots around JBA filled up early and overflowed into the neighboring streets. Gallons of coffee were consumed, dozens of donuts were downed, and clouds of tire smoke were inhaled. A couple more highlights included the debut of a 1000-horsepower Shelby Super Snake and several pulls on our chassis dyno by a Pantera with a 427W with 180-degree headers.
