Hard to tell. Some would call it a tribal thing. Others would say we’re all dinosaurs. But somehow, someway…the hot rod culture continues. For evidence, look no further than the folks that roll out the second Sunday of each month to park their rides in the parking lots and streets surrounding JBA Speed Shop.
