Casual, sensible, safe, fast and fun! The Cobra Owners Club of America (COCOA) held another killer open track event at Willow Springs on May 12 and 13, 2012. A diverse combination of (mostly) Ford-powered vehicles gathered for the chance to run on “The Fastest Track in the West”. The cars were split into four run groups and each pack got five sessions on Saturday and five on Sunday…an ample opportunity to drive the cars as they were meant to be driven! From the tech inspection, to the driver’s meeting, to the on-track sessions…everything ran like clockwork. A fine way to celebrate Mother’s Day! Check out the pictures for more of the story.
