Mucho thanks to everyone that rolled into JBA this morning for coffee, donuts and most of all, cars! Another good turnout. Pick of the morning was the really slick Studebaker with a Bonneville license plate frame that reflects the great land speed racing heritage of the Studebaker marque. Check out the pictures of the engine compartment (348 or 409?), the interior and pin striping. Another highlight was J. Bittle’s lap around the parking lot in his historic 1968 Mustang Trans Am race car. You had to be there to see and hear it (although there may be some videos floating around). Then again, if you were anywhere in Kearny Mesa you could have heard it! See the pix for more of the story and we’ll look for you on Sunday morning August 14th for our next Coffee & Cars!
