Tentative Event Schedule

Wednesday, March 13h, 2024  *No one admitted on this day. 

Thursday, March 14th, 2024 Credentials Open 9:00 am – 8 pm. Racer Entry begins at Noon. Stacking Instructions: Row #1. Manufactures Midway & Swap Meet.  Rows # 2-3-4 PRE-Entered Racers Row # 5 Credential Purchase Lane

Car Show Participants:

• Gate 15 will be open for you to enter Friday at 7am. (This is the best road, if you are questioning the surface come to Wally Parks, then proceed to Registration and main gate.)
• Pre-Entered Car Show, you will pick up your credentials at the Registration building then proceed to the North gate for entry. This gate will be open until 12 noon each day for entry,* use the main gate to exit at the end of the day and make a left turn at Wally Parks Dr. This is the best Car Show Exit Route.
• Your Participant wristband, sticker and dash card will be requited for re-entry at the gate daily.

Drag Racer Participants:

• Gate 13 for racer entry and stack.Stacking Instructions-Rows # 2-3-4 PRE-Entered Racers Row # 5 Credential Purchase Lane
• Pre entered racers will pick up your credentials at the Credential building at the Main entrance to the drag strip. Racers are scheduled to begin entry at noon Thursday. Vendors will be let in first then the racers.
• Tech will be open at 1pm Thursday.
• Racers park in lanes 2,3,4,5. You will need to have your tickets scanned and pick up your credentials before entering the speedway.

Manufacture Midway and Swap Meet (Car Coral) Vendors:

• Gate 13 for vendor stack lane #1. Vendor set up will begin Thursday morning at 9 am.
• Have your ticket scanned and pick up your credentials at the credential building at the main entrance of the drag strip.
• Park in Manufacture Midway or Swap meet lane #1 only. (DO NOT park in Pre-Entered or ,2,3,4 04 5.)

Event move-in for Manufacturers Midway from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
