Description: SDAM is partnering with the Home of Guiding Hands and taking to the road to bring holiday cheer to a few of HGH's clients; HGH "serves children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities such as Down syndrome, epilepsy, autism, and cerebral palsy. Each year, they provide support services to over 4,000 individuals within San Diego and Imperial Counties." The Jingle Cruise will go through the neighborhoods of Home of Guiding Hand's clients in El Cajon. Free to all participants. Meet at Tuttle Park in El Cajon.
